1. End the hoarding!
This is for all the product junkies. Stop buying every new product on the shelf. If you have more than 3 different types of conditioners, shampoos, concealers or dollar store beauty products stashed under the bathroom sink – it’s time to let them go. Throw away products you haven’t used in 2 months, especially products that have dust and discolored labels!

2. Drink more water
This needs no explanation. Reduce the pop and juice and drink more water. Invest in a juicer and become a guru at making delicious organic juices!

3. Be an informed smart shopper
Jumping on every beauty bandwagon, trend or fad is expensive and if you love trying new things do your research first. Understand what’s in the product and research the ingredients you don’t know. You may want to check under your bathroom sink and see if you already have a similar product. Learn the art of patience. Just because there’s a new lip color, doesn’t mean you have to get it right then. Shop around to see if any stores may have it on sale. No need to pay full price!

4. Be Happy
You get out what you put in. Eat healthier, exercise more and be happy! Change your outlook. Smile more. Having a positive mind makes change in the way you view life. Remember it takes more muscles to make a frown and less to smile!
